HIGH PRODUCTIVITY 3 axes milling equipment :
Precision milling machine of simple use for machining rigid plate materials in strong thickness in the sectors of plastic, modeling, aeronautics, aluminium transformation advertising and POP or for machining 3D molds and models.
Materials to be used (according to the selected spindle and tool) on :
- Plastic in rigid plates (PMMA-PC-PS-PVC-ABS..)

TECHNOLOGIES :
- Structure with fix table and mobile gantry
- High inertia welded moving gantry.
- Vacuum table in aluminium profiles or composite
- Holding of plates by vacuum generated either by side channel blowers, or by claw vacuum pumps.
- Motorisation : AC Brushless servomotors on 4 axes (X1-X2-Y-Z), double driving on X axis (motor power from 1 to 2 Kw according to CN used. Selection of the zones by manual valves.
- Transmission : high precision ball screws on all axes (diameter 40 mm or 63 mm).
- Guidance : grinded steel rails size 35 and preloaded ball bearings
- Numerical control POWER AUTOMATION MECANUMERIC CN7100 with 15 inches touch screen, hardware integrated, Data input by Ethernet link, USB port, import of ISO code files (In option SIEMENS 840 or FANUC 16 O)

D65 : 40000 RPM maximum – 6500 W S1, water cooling – automatic tool change by cones HSK E32 and collets EX25 (1 to 13 mm). 
- HF100 : 40000 RPM maximum – 6500 W S1, water cooling – automatic tool change by cones SKI25 and collets EX25 (1 to 13 mm). 
- HF120 : 32000 RPM maximum – 13000 W S1, water cooling – automatic tool change by cones HSKE32 and collets EX25 (1 to 13 mm). 
- D15 : 24000 RPM maximum – 15000 W S1, water cooling – automatic tool change by cones HSKF63 and collets EX32 (1 to 20 mm). 
- D18 : 24000 RPM maximum – 18000 W S1, water cooling – automatic tool change by cones HSKF63 and collets EX32 (1 to 10 mm). 
- D10R : 24000 RPM maximum – 10000 W S1, water cooling – automatic tool change by cones HSKF63 and collets EX32 (1 to 10 mm) special spindle for use with 4th and 5th axis.

- Suction of milling chips by professional suction device – power 4000 W (ASP40) or 7500 (ASP75) with high capacity tank and manual or automatic declogging.
- Vacuum table with 2,4 or 6 SIEMENS NASH ELMO ® side channel blowers 5.5 kw, 900 m3/h, vacuum 190 mbars or by 2 or 4 SIEMENS NASH ELMO ® side channel blowers 7.5 kw, 500 m3/h, vacuum 360 mbars.
- Vacuum table with 1 to 3 BUSCH® claw pumps 4.5 KW, 250 m3/h, vacuum 880 mbars with surge tank and safety vacuum switches.
- Rotative tool shop fixed under gantry (CH12R) with capacity 12 cones with tool length sensor.
- Tool coolant by oil spraying capacity 2l/h, 6 l. tank (LUB2) or high capacity 6 l/h, 40 l tank (LUB6).
- Tool / material cooling system by frozen air (AIRGEL).
- Multifunction heads options (M3TH) for 3 tools with tangential control
      Cutting knife for material thickness <2 mm
      Vibrating cutting knife for light and alveolar materials till 15 mm thickness
