An offer of “pack” machines, already configurated for your requirements, and existing in two working areas : 1500 x 3000 mm and 2000 x 3000 mm

- MECAEASY-BASIC pack, reserved for markets out of European Community,is the basic offer for customers requesting the MECANUMERIC quality, at the most competitive price.

- MECAEASY-ENTRY pack for all users requiring a powerful 4.2 KW (or 5.5 HP) electro spindle, rotating at 24.000 RPM, allowing the tool tightening until 20 mm diameter thanks to the ER32 collets with manual tool change, combined with a vacuum table by side channel blowers and selectable zones.

- MECAEASY-ATC pack (automatic tool change), for milling works requesting a frequent and fast tool change. This pack is equipped with a 2.5 KW (3.5 HP) electro spindle with automatic tool change, rotating till 24000 RPM, combined with a static tool shop for 6 tools maximum diameter, mounted on ISO25 cones and always completed by a vacuum table with selectable zones.

- MECAEASY-DGPM pack (digital printing manual) for cutting applications on materials in pre-printed plates. In addition to the 4.2 KW milling electro spindle with manual tool change, the machine is equipped with a tangential control secondary head and can take many tools (vibrating knife, non vibrating knife, cutting wheel for very soft fabric and materials, grooving wheel for packaging applications,…). In addition, a vision registration/compensation system is available as option and can receive the main cameras on the market (OPTISCOUT, ICUT, GTK).

- MECAEASY-DGPA pack (Digital printing automatic) for cutting applications on pre-printed materials requiring the use of many milling tools. The equipment is fitted with an automatic tool change electro spindle with a tool shop for 6 ISO25 cones.

All these “packs” configurations benefit from technical solutions which have made the quality of MECANUMERIC milling products :
. Mono bloc welded steel frame and mobile steel gantry
. Transmission on the 3 axes by precision ball screws and guidance by precision linear rails with preloaded ball slides.
. MECANUMERIC CN7000 numerical control with color touch screen 10.4 inches, and motorization by brushless servomotors.
