Optimized system for fast cutting of light materials in the POP and packaging sectors (registration system as option), The system can be simultaneously equipped with an electro spindle + cutting head for 2 tangential controlled tools + registration camera.

- Motorisation : AC Brushless servomotors on 4 axes (X1-X2-Y-Z)
- Transmission : high precision rack and pinion on XY axes and ballscrew on Z axis.
- Guidance : grinded steel rails and preloaded ball bearings
- Numerical control MECANUMERIC CN7100 with 15 inches touch screen, hardware integrated, Data input by Ethernet link, USB port. Import of ISO code files.

- Electro spindle :
- SEV1073 : 24000 RPM maximum – 1500 W S1, air cooling – Manual tool change with collets ER25 (1 to 13 mm).
- AF60 : 50000 RPM maximum – 1000 W S1, Air cooling – Automatic tool change with ISO10 cones and collets ESX12 (1 to 7 mm).
- Z62D360 : 60000 RPM maximum – 1600 W S1, Water cooling – Automatic tool change with direct clamping on tool end (diameter 6 mm).
M2TH multifunction head taking 2 tools among following :
- Cutting tool with tangential control for non vibrating blade
- Cutting tool with tangential control for vibrating blade by electro-mechanical system
- Cutting tool with tangential control for vibrating blade by ultrasonic sound
- Grooving tool with tangential control for wheels.
