The cutting table of the MECAJET range, with MECANUMERIC precision and longevity standards, is equipped with a mono bloc welded steel frame with integrated stainless steel tank, with a gantry in light alloy, motorized on both sides, bearing one (or two) cutting heads.

KMT cutting heads can be vertical (3 axes) or adjustable in all positions (5 axes), enabling a dynamic “clearance” correction or the realization of chamfers or oblique cuts.
The driving is realized by the MECANUMERIC CN7100 numerical control with a Human Machine Interface (HMI), color touch screen, under Windows XP Pro, USB connections, Ethernet and Internet connections for the remote maintenance.

The very high pressure is obtained by using VHP generator units – Trademark KMT. These generators are available in the power range from 15 up to 125 HP and in nominal pressure 3800, 4100 and 2600 bars. All these components providing the jet focusing (ABRALINE abrasive tanks, FEEDLINE abrasive measuring devices and AQUALINE or AUTOLINE cutting heads) are manufactured by KMT, ensuring reliability and performances, with a supply security for consumables all over the world.
