We have widely developed a technical structured network in the strategic geographic areas, in France (Paris, Lyon, Lille, Strasbourg, Marseille, Nantes, Annecy) and also on the European level (Germany, Italy, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Russia...).
This network, complemented by the technical services provided by our numerous distributors, allows a strong reactivity in order to limit any production stops for our customers.
We keep on developing this network while carrying on spreading towards the Middle East and the countries from the Persian Gulf.

In addition to our classic after sale support (curative maintenance), we increase our offer for related services.
- Service contracts with preventive maintenance.
- Maintenance contracts.
- « Hot-line » support.
- Tool supply and creation of our own product range specially adapted to our equipment.
- Inter company training on our sites or upon customer's requirements on customer's premises.
Soon, we will be able to propose more training sessions on our equipment (utilization, maintenance level 1 and level 2...) and also on several specialized software.
