STRATO-DESIGN
Fast technology for prototyping and tooling, the Strato-design consists in slicing the digital model, cutting the different slices in a plate material then using the appropriate assembling technics in order to get a prototype or the tooling.
The STRATOCONCEPTION ® process developed by the Cirtes (F), is based on a concept consisting in cutting plates which are then stacked to model the prototype. The laser or water jet cutting machines can be used. MECANUMERIC has integrated the STRATOCONCEPTION ® system in its machines.
