High-performance software for the manufacture of many dental prostheses

The evolution of technologies allows the design of many solutions thanks to the use of CAD software. Easy to use, CAD software for fixed and removable prostheses can reduce the time needed to machine parts and thus control manufacturing costs.

 

The manufacturing operations are programmed on the computer and the software controls the CNC machine (3, 4 or 5 axis milling machine and the machining machine) throughout the process and the machining and milling operations.

 

The CAD software can create a prototype, program the production of different parts and models of skeletal type dentures or cemented, bonded and screwed dentures in series. The software controls each movement of the CNC machine, taking into account the type and characteristics of the material to be machined and milled.

 

Each manufacturing step is carried out according to a method specifically designed for the particular needs of all types of dental work. The CAD software for prosthetic restorations allows, for example, automatic undercutting or milling of a denture framework.

 

The CAD software "fixed prosthesis" allows the machining of classical cemented frameworks, the milling of implant abutments or all types of screwed bars. The advanced technology contained in this software allows for high quality and precision work, regardless of the material used (zirconium oxide, wax, composite, PMMA, CoCr or titanium).
