"ARRK specializes in rapid prototyping and small-batch production. We support product development for customers in a wide range of sectors, including medical, sports, automotive, consumer goods, and luxury goods. We have expertise in a wide range of technologies (3D printing, molding, machining, and prototyping) that we use on plastic, metal, composite, and natural materials. We are based in Haute-Savoie, where we employ 65 people.

We knew Mécanuméric through our CharlyRobot milling machine, which we used to machine lab components, wood, foam, EVA, etc. We were completely satisfied with it. CharlyRobot was acquired by Mécanuméric about ten years ago, so we followed the brand when we wanted to increase our production capacity for higher resolution parts.

The overall quality and durability of Mécanuméric's design set it apart from other manufacturers. Every detail has been thought out and designed to ensure the machine's precision: its mechanically welded frame (very robust and offering good stability for large-format machining), its induction spindle, the machine's modularity, etc. In addition, we tested Mécanuméric's customer service once for our CharlyRobot. It proved to be very efficient: we received assistance in less than 24 hours!

We purchased the MECAEASY 0710 to strengthen our model-making division. With the Charly Robot, we machine parts made of composite materials (EVA, foam, lab, clay) and natural materials (wood). With the MECAEASY 0710, we are developing our capabilities in plastic machining and small series production. We machine 3D shapes and cut out 2D shapes.

Our technicians particularly appreciate the ergonomics of the user interface, the data transfer between the machine and our IT system (no USB key required), the productivity gains thanks to the automatic tool changer (6 heads), and the healthier working conditions thanks to the dust extraction directly on the spindle."
