Custom milling machines

MECANUMERIC designs and produces standard CNC digital milling machines and makes custom milling machines to meet its customers' requirements.

 

21 metres long and 5 metres wide: these are the extraordinary dimensions of the MECAPLUS custom-built by MÉCANUMÉRIC in 2018 for one of its customers. 

 

The project originated with a problem expressed by the customer, who needed a machine capable of cutting sandwich panels made of various materials (aluminium, wood, foam, etc.) and very long lengths with great precision. 

 

Thanks to our 100% integrated design and production department, we were able to design a custom machine, equipped with numerous options (5-axis heads, adaptive suction bell, retractable stops, etc.) and delivered within a controlled timeframe, to our customer's complete satisfaction.
